Sprig Launches Replays and GPT-Powered AI Analysis, Expanding Its Offering to Improve the Product Experience

Sprig Launches Replays and GPT-Powered AI Analysis, Expanding Its Offering to Improve the Product Experience

Today, we’re excited to announce the expansion of Sprig’s insights offerings: Sprig Replays records a user’s screen so you can see short clips of exactly what your users see, and GPT-Powered AI Analysis surfaces product issues and opportunities in real time.

This new functionality makes it easier than ever to deeply understand users’ product experience, all while consolidating several tools in the product stack. With these new features, you can cut the time spent watching hours of sessions or manually reviewing user feedback.

We’ve been developing this functionality with some next-generation product teams, including Dropbox, Webflow, and Square, and we are impressed by how much they help teams quickly and efficiently gain an even deeper understanding of their users.

Get started today with Replays and GPT-Powered AI Analysis.

Sprig Replays: See exactly what your users see

With Replays, you no longer need to watch hours of recordings and see the entire user session. Instead, you can watch a clip at a targeted point in the user journey, like in your onboarding flow or as they use your newest feature, so you can see firsthand what’s working and what’s not.

Choose to pair a Replay with an in-product Survey or run a standalone Replay. When you pair it with an in-product Survey, you can unlock the answer to critical questions, like why people are rating an experience poorly or why users are dropping out of the product, and record those specific clips to watch.

Watch a recording of the session and view cursor activity, page scrolls, mouseovers and clicks to get the full picture.

As you prepare to launch products, here are just some of the ways that Replays can improve product development through user insights:

  1. Easily troubleshoot issues that would have gone unnoticed. A confusing navigation, hidden CTAs and bugs can hurt the overall user experience — identify these issues quickly with Replays.
  2. Understand why and where users are dropping off. Use Replays to explore the user journey through their eyes.
  3. Identify areas to improve your roadmap. Watch users as they engage with features for the first time and identify areas for optimization on your roadmap

GPT-Powered AI Analysis: Surface product issues and opportunities in real time

AI has always been core to Sprig’s platform. As we continue to embrace the power of AI, we’re introducing our next-generation GPT-Powered AI Analysis which uncovers trends instantly.

GPT-Powered AI Analysis takes open text responses and turns those responses into product insights — this means removing the guesswork around what users think and taking action more quickly on user feedback. Just a few use cases include:

  1. Identify the “why” behind your product data. Analyze product data alongside product recommendations highlighted by the Sprig AI.
  2. Get a rich snapshot of your users’ needs. Know which new features are worth the investment.
  3. See trends before they impact numbers. Let the Sprig AI uncover emerging trends in your users’ behavior before they have a chance to impact your numbers.

With this new level of AI analysis, teams can spend less time analyzing, more time building incredible new products.

And that’s not all:

Sprig has also launched the new Templates Gallery, which features proven playbooks of how to optimize and build a better product from product thinkers and builders including Lenny Rachitsky, Packy McCormick, Ben Williams, and customers like Codecademy and Invoice2go. The Sprig Template Gallery now includes 90 easy-to-use Sprig templates right in the app.

To more seamlessly integrate Sprig with the tools in the modern product stack, we’ve launched several new native integrations including ones with Mixpanel and LaunchDarkly. Product teams can now quickly identify areas for improvement, measure the impact of changes, and confidently iterate to create better product experiences.

Let’s get started:

Our mission at Sprig is to make experiences that matter, and this launch introduces new insights tools that make it easier and faster to improve the product experience. This is something that I’m deeply proud of, and I hope you’ll join us on this journey to better understand users and build the most innovative products on the market.

We want to make it easier than ever to get started, so for the first time ever we are introducing a 14-day free trial where you can experience the full functionality of the Sprig Starter plan.
