As researchers and people who do research, you run a lot of projects to understand customer needs and the performance of the products we work on. Your days are spent running studies and surveys to understand customer needs and product performance. You leverage different methods and tools, partner with stakeholders, and make an impact with your findings.
But it’s hard to be consistently proactive about research when there’s no tried and true roadmap for every stage of product development.
Our friends at Learners think it’s time to change that.
We’re thrilled to partner with Learners to develop the inaugural Product Lifecycle Research Guide for researchers and people who do research.
Over the past month, Learners hosted a half-dozen roundtable workshops for researchers to share their ideas around what ‘lifecycle research’ looks like.
Today, we’re launching a community-wide survey to bring clarity to and understand how researchers are supporting product development from start to finish.
If you'd like to contribute to this project, please take the three minute survey below.
We look forward to sharing the research with you!
