Launching a Sprig study is fast and simple, whether you’re collecting in-product user insights or recording live product sessions. First, decide if you’d like to launch a Sprig Survey or Replay.
If you’re launching a Replay, it’s as simple as selecting your delivery platform Web or Mobile, customizing the length of your clip, and adding in your filters and triggers. Then, just hit Launch to start capturing targeted user session clips. If you’re launching a Survey, you can create your own study from scratch or easily get started with one of almost 90 study templates in our library. You’ll find a template for almost any product goal, from troubleshooting drop-off to testing product concepts. There are a ton of question types to choose from, including rating scale and multiple choice questions. If you’re a Sprig Enterprise user, you also have access to consent/legal questions.
Surveys can be sent via your Website, Shareable Link, and for Enterprise users, via Mobile App. If you’re launching an in-product Survey, you can customize your targeting and choose the user events that will trigger the survey, as well as the user attributes that will determine who is eligible to see the survey. Plus, you can even add on a Replay to capture your users’ sentiment and session together.
