Insights Gathered:
Before Noon started asking questions about the specific peer to peer features, they looked at their overall website traffic to make sure they were investing in features their users actually wanted. They targeted their questions at a 9-12th graders in Pakistan when they were using the website. This level of targeting was made possible due to their data management and the events and attributes targeting available through Sprig.
Actions:
While the team saw that the students were there to join live classes in a peer to peer environment, they expected to see more engagement in a group learning features. Because this is where they were investing their resources they dug deeper.
