Insights Gathered:
To help us determine which partner integrations to prioritize for the first half of the year, we targeted a Sprig In-Product Survey at users who engaged with our website and in-app Integrations Gallery. In this survey, we made sure to ask users which of our current integrations were most valuable to them and which ones they were interested in seeing next.
The results clearly showed that users were looking for new destinations for exporting and analyzing responses. The survey also revealed demand for more innovative use cases, like survey targeting for A/B testing and experimentation groups.
Actions:
These insights led us to partner with product analytics tools like Amplitude & Mixpanel to enable more detailed product data analysis, helping teams answer the “why” behind their product analytics. To serve the demand for capturing user sentiment alongside product experimentation, we had the conviction we needed to kick off partnerships with A/B testing platforms like LaunchDarkly.
