At Sprig, our mission is to help teams build better products by making it easy to gather real-time insights from the right users. Through our integration with RudderStack, we're taking this to the next level, enabling companies to deploy hyper-targeted, context-specific surveys seamlessly.
RudderStack's warehouse native CDP allows you to stream first-party customer event data directly to your warehouse and then send it into Sprig to use for hyper-specific study audience filtering. That means you can take event data from your website, mobile apps, webhooks, etc. and leverage it in Sprig to ensure that your Surveys are sent to specific users based on who they are and the actions they take in your product.
RudderStack's data collection and integration capabilities complement Sprig's qualitative user insights, providing a comprehensive understanding of user behavior. Our integration ensures a seamless user experience while allowing data to be sent to over 200 tools, amplifying the impact of these insights for your team. Together, Sprig and RudderStack are a powerful combination for unlocking the "why" behind user actions and improving product development with this knowledge in hand.
