Sprig & the SF Product Community came together for an AI + Product Meetup at Sprig HQ on Wednesday, May 24th 2023.
The panel featured Ning Ma, Head of Product @ Sprig, Kevin Mandich, Head of AI & Machine Learning @ Sprig, and Jonas Lavoie, who led product efforts @ Notion, Elastic, and Shopify including with AI.
The panel discussed integrating AI into product roadmaps as PMs reassess their plans with the emergence of tools like ChatGPT. The discussion also explored decision-making processes: selecting AI integration areas, determining AI types and underlying technology, and outlining future upgrade and maintenance plans.
