Connect ChatGPT to Sprig

How to use

Enable MCP in Sprig: Log into Sprig, go to the Integrations tab, and select AI & MCP. Toggle the Sprig MCP Server to ON and copy your server URL: (https://mcp.sprig.com/mcp).
Add Connector (Admins): Plus, Team, or Enterprise Admins. Navigate to chatgpt.com -> Settings -> Admin controls -> Connectors. Click Add connector, name it "Sprig", and paste the Sprig MCP server URL.
Find Sprig (End Users): If an Admin already added the tool. If you are a team member whose admin already completed Step 2, simply log into chatgpt.com, navigate to Apps, and search for Sprig.
Authorize the Account: Click Connect and follow the prompts to complete the OAuth authorization flow by logging into your Sprig account. This grants ChatGPT permission to access your data.
Access and Query: Open a new chat. Sprig will now be available under the "+" menu (under More). Test the integration by asking ChatGPT to look up your latest studies.
