Step 1: Submit a qualified referral

In order to qualify for the bonus, your referral must meet the following parameters:

User Research or Product Design, manager level and above.

At least 150 employees and headquartered in the U.S.

Must be able to purchase Sprig Enterprise Plan.

Does not currently have an open opportunity with our sales team.

We will send your bonus once your referral completes a qualified meeting.

You will receive $250 via gift card.

There's no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. You will get paid for every qualified referral that meets with Sprig.

You will receive a digital gift card paid out via Sendoso.
